The Drysuit Leak Test Toolkit is a complete, purpose-built solution designed for repair techs, dive shops, and divers who fix their own drysuits. No improvising. No trips to Home Depot. Just a straightforward leak testing setup using standard scuba equipment.

Complete Kit, No Assembly Required

The toolkit includes everything needed to pressure-test a drysuit:

Neck plug with integrated corrugated hose and K-style LP inflator
Two wrist plugs
Safety documentation

The neck plug features the same corrugated hose and K-style inflator used on BCDs and drysuit inflators. Connect your LP inflator hose, insert the plugs through the suit seals, and gradually inflate to locate leaks.

For divers who prefer to source their own inflator components or want to build a custom setup, a DIY version is available that includes only the 3D printed plugs. You provide the 1" corrugated hose, K-style inflator, and zip ties for assembly.

Built Around Standard Equipment

The system is designed to work with gear already in use:

Insert Through Seals - Don't Clamp Them

The plugs are designed to insert through the suit seals without clamping, taping, or restricting them. This serves two purposes:

The seals act as automatic pressure relief - if the suit is over-inflated, excess pressure vents through the seals
No risk of damaging the seals during testing

Inflate gradually while monitoring the suit. Deflate using the inflator button or by lifting a seal edge off the plug. The process is controlled and predictable.
