Order Processing

Most orders are fulfilled within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2 PM (PST) or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected service. We partner with major carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Free Shipping (U.S. Orders Over $100)

Orders of $100 or more (before tax) qualify for free shipping within the United States.

For free-shipping orders, we will select the most cost-effective shipping method available. This may include USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or an equivalent service. Transit times may vary based on the carrier chosen.

If you prefer a specific carrier or a faster service, you can upgrade the shipping method at checkout for an additional cost.

Oversized or specialty items may be excluded; any exceptions will be noted on the product page.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the selected carrier and service level. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress in real time.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at info@ruggedscuba.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, and courier handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Refused or unclaimed shipments are not refundable.
