A back nut tool for Apeks drysuit valves. The back nut sits inside the suit and is hard to get a grip on by hand, especially when it's been on for a while. This tool gives you a wide ribbed grip so you can remove and reinstall the valve without damaging the nut or the suit.

Apeks valves are used by a lot of drysuit manufacturers, sometimes under the suit maker's own branding. DUI uses Apeks valves, so this tool may fit DUI suits as well. Not sure what's on your suit? Check the valve before you order.

This is a tool for removing and installing drysuit valve back nuts only. It is not a drysuit component and is not for underwater use.
Designed for Apeks drysuit valves. Fit on suits from other manufacturers, including DUI, depends on the valve installed. Confirm your valve before use.
Do not overtighten. Follow your drysuit or valve manufacturer's installation instructions and torque guidance.
Make sure the valve is seated correctly and the suit material is not pinched or folded under the back nut.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms or relating to any product shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
