Description
Machined from solid Delrin, this protective cover is designed to shield the Gemini head during travel, storage, and surface intervals. It protects the critical O-rings and sealing surfaces on the head, along with the exposed O₂ cells on the right-hand head, from impact, abrasion, and contamination.
The cover is designed to work with the line lock installed, so it can be used without changing your normal setup. It’s well-suited for travel, long-term storage, transport in gear boxes, or packing the unit alongside other equipment where the head is most at risk.
As a bonus, it keeps bugs, dust, and other critters out of the head — something anyone who stores gear in a garage, shed, or boat will appreciate.

Training required
Use only if you are currently certified for the type of diving and equipment configuration in which the product will be used. Do not use beyond the limits of your training, experience, or physical fitness.
Inspection and service
Inspect every product before every dive. Do not use if damaged, corroded, leaking, out of test, or otherwise suspect. Service and replacement must be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and by personnel qualified for the specific equipment. Rugged Scuba does not service regulators, rebreathers, or other life-support components, and does not certify third-party service.
Compatibility
You are responsible for verifying that every product is compatible with your specific regulator, cylinder, valve, rebreather, and gas mix before use. If unsure, consult a qualified scuba technician.
Aftermarket accessories
Certain Rugged Scuba products are aftermarket accessories for equipment manufactured by third parties (including but not limited to JJ-CCR, Fathom Dive Systems, iQsub, Halcyon, and Light Monkey). Those products are not manufactured, endorsed, or authorized by those OEMs; all trademarks are property of their respective owners and are used only for compatibility identification. Use of any aftermarket accessory may affect your OEM warranty.

RUGGED SCUBA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rugged Scuba, its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use, misuse, or modification of any product, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any applicable law or regulation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms or relating to any product shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
