Description
The spare parts kit for servicing HYDPRO D01 series dry suit valves. This is the spares-only kit: the consumable components a technician replaces during a D01 valve service, produced to HYDPRO's original-component specification.
What it is for
HYDPRO designed the D01 valves to be opened and serviced rather than discarded when a part wears out. The Substitution Kit D01 holds the wear parts for that service, the seals and other consumables that get replaced to bring a valve back to specification.
Spares only
This kit contains spare parts only. It does not include service tools. If you need the tools as well, the Maintenance Kit D01 combines tools and spares; the D01 Unlock Tool and D01 Tightening Key Set are also sold separately.
For technician use
Dry suit valve service is life-support equipment work. These parts are intended for installation by a technician trained on the D01 valve system, following HYDPRO's D01 service instructions.

Scuba diving and technical diving (including mixed-gas, decompression, cave, wreck, and rebreather diving) are inherently hazardous activities that can result in serious injury or death. Training required
Use only if you are currently certified for the type of diving and equipment configuration in which the product will be used. Do not use beyond the limits of your training, experience, or physical fitness.
Inspection and service
Inspect every product before every dive. Do not use if damaged, corroded, leaking, out of test, or otherwise suspect. Service and replacement must be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and by personnel qualified for the specific equipment. Rugged Scuba does not service regulators, rebreathers, or other life-support components, and does not certify third-party service.
Compatibility
You are responsible for verifying that every product is compatible with your specific regulator, cylinder, valve, rebreather, and gas mix before use. If unsure, consult a qualified scuba technician.
Aftermarket accessories
Certain Rugged Scuba products are aftermarket accessories for equipment manufactured by third parties (including but not limited to JJ-CCR, Fathom Dive Systems, iQsub, Halcyon, and Light Monkey). Those products are not manufactured, endorsed, or authorized by those OEMs; all trademarks are property of their respective owners and are used only for compatibility identification. Use of any aftermarket accessory may affect your OEM warranty.

RUGGED SCUBA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rugged Scuba, its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use, misuse, or modification of any product, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any applicable law or regulation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms or relating to any product shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
