Description
The inflation valve from HYDPRO's D01 dry suit valve series. This is the inlet side of the suit: your LP inflator hose connects here, and the button feeds gas into the suit on descent. This listing is the L-Fit (38 mm) port size.
Piston loading system
The D01 Stealth uses a piston-based loading system built on HYDPRO's history with inflator design. The piston gives a wide inflation flow with gradual activation, so you can trickle gas in or fill fast depending on what the dive needs.
Button and control
- Oversized inflation button, easy to find and press under task load or in cold water with thick dry gloves.
- The button shape is designed to resist accidental activation from contact with hoses or other kit.
- Connects to a standard LP inflator hose quick-connect fitting.
Stealth profile
- Low-profile shape that reduces the chance of snagging hoses or accessories on the valve.
- Contoured rear-facing surface for comfort against the suit.
- A 359 degree rotation mechanism lets the valve be oriented for inflator hose routing during setup.
D01 series engineering
The D01 series is built around HYDPRO's patented Pentagon Technology, a Water Lock Framework, and a 4X high-efficiency membrane, per manufacturer. The loading mechanism uses a solid single-block piston for durability.
Testing and certification
Per HYDPRO, the D01 series dry suit valves are certified to UNI EN 14225-2:2005, the European standard for dry suits, and every valve design is validated through 181 laboratory tests covering mechanical function, physical properties, and resistance to environmental conditions.
Port fit
This valve is the L-Fit size, with a 38 mm (1.5 in) suit-port interface. The D01 series is also made in S-Fit (34 mm / 1.34 in). Confirm your suit's valve port size before ordering.

Service and replacement must be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and by personnel qualified for the specific equipment. Rugged Scuba does not service regulators, rebreathers, or other life-support components, and does not certify third-party service.
Compatibility
You are responsible for verifying that every product is compatible with your specific regulator, cylinder, valve, rebreather, and gas mix before use. If unsure, consult a qualified scuba technician.

Indemnification

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms or relating to any product shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
