Description
The tightening key set for installing and servicing HYDPRO D01 series dry suit valves. The set provides the dedicated keys a technician uses to tighten D01 valve components to the correct fit during installation and service.
What it does
The D01 Tightening Key Set engages the valve's tightening features so the valve can be torqued down correctly during installation or reassembly. The matched keys keep load on the designed engagement points instead of stressing the valve body.
Part of the D01 service set
This is the tightening key set on its own. The D01 Unlock Tool handles releasing the valve for disassembly, the Maintenance Kit D01 bundles tools and spares together, and the Substitution Kit D01 covers spare parts only.
For technician use
Dry suit valve installation and service is life-support equipment work. This set is intended for use by a technician trained on the D01 valve system, following HYDPRO's D01 service instructions.

Training required
Use only if you are currently certified for the type of diving and equipment configuration in which the product will be used. Do not use beyond the limits of your training, experience, or physical fitness.
Inspection and service
Inspect every product before every dive. Do not use if damaged, corroded, leaking, out of test, or otherwise suspect. Service and replacement must be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and by personnel qualified for the specific equipment. Rugged Scuba does not service regulators, rebreathers, or other life-support components, and does not certify third-party service.
Compatibility
You are responsible for verifying that every product is compatible with your specific regulator, cylinder, valve, rebreather, and gas mix before use. If unsure, consult a qualified scuba technician.
Aftermarket accessories
Certain Rugged Scuba products are aftermarket accessories for equipment manufactured by third parties (including but not limited to JJ-CCR, Fathom Dive Systems, iQsub, Halcyon, and Light Monkey). Those products are not manufactured, endorsed, or authorized by those OEMs; all trademarks are property of their respective owners and are used only for compatibility identification. Use of any aftermarket accessory may affect your OEM warranty.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rugged Scuba, its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use, misuse, or modification of any product, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any applicable law or regulation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms or relating to any product shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
