Aluminum underwater housing for the Insta360 Ace Pro 2. Built for divers who want a depth-rated case that takes knocks against dive gear, boat ladders, and restrictions without flexing or cracking. Rated to 60M / 195FT.
Build
- Anodized aluminum alloy body. Rigid, corrosion-resistant, and tolerant of scrapes against rock, gear, and boat ladders.
- Acrylic glass ports front and rear. Optical clarity for the lens, thick enough to take rough handling without crazing.
- Stainless steel hardware on latches, hinge pins, and accessory mounts.
- Pressure-tested to 60M / 195FT before shipping, per manufacturer.
Buttons and controls
- Oversized mechanical buttons on the back panel. Sized for use with thick gloves.
- Spring-loaded plungers do not bind under pressure at depth, a known failure mode on cheaper polycarbonate housings where compression can lock a button in the pressed position.
- All primary camera functions accessible: shutter, mode, power, and quick switch.
Camera compatibility
- Fits Insta360 Ace Pro 2.
- If Insta360 releases a future Ace Pro generation with the same body footprint, this housing may carry forward. Confirm fit before purchasing for a different camera.
Mount and attachments
- Underside has standard GoPro-style two-prong fingers. Accepts any GoPro mount, ball-arm adapter, or pistol grip that uses the GoPro fingers interface.
- Threaded mount points on the underside accept 1/4-20 hardware, the same threading used by Sea Frogs' bundled YS arm and ball arm accessories. This makes the housing compatible with most YS-arm trays, tripod-style grips, and underwater video rigs that follow the 1/4-20 standard.

Training required
Use only if you are currently certified for the type of diving and equipment configuration in which the product will be used. Do not use beyond the limits of your training, experience, or physical fitness.
Inspection and service
Inspect every product before every dive. Do not use if damaged, corroded, leaking, out of test, or otherwise suspect. Service and replacement must be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and by personnel qualified for the specific equipment. Rugged Scuba does not service regulators, rebreathers, or other life-support components, and does not certify third-party service.
Compatibility
You are responsible for verifying that every product is compatible with your specific regulator, cylinder, valve, rebreather, and gas mix before use. If unsure, consult a qualified scuba technician.
Aftermarket accessories
Certain Rugged Scuba products are aftermarket accessories for equipment manufactured by third parties (including but not limited to JJ-CCR, Fathom Dive Systems, iQsub, Halcyon, and Light Monkey). Those products are not manufactured, endorsed, or authorized by those OEMs; all trademarks are property of their respective owners and are used only for compatibility identification. Use of any aftermarket accessory may affect your OEM warranty.

RUGGED SCUBA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rugged Scuba, its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use, misuse, or modification of any product, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any applicable law or regulation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms or relating to any product shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
